You’re likely to pay less than you would in a city like Boston or Denver with a substantially lower cost of living.

It is accessible by Interstate 70, near Exit 395. There are many amenities in Flagler, including a shopping center, restaurants, and hotels.
Flagler was originally settled by William Henry “W.H.” Lavington, who came to the area in 1888 via the Rock Island Railroad. He eventually developed the town with W.L. Price, and built the Hotel Flagler in 1909. This building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1966. It later became a hospital, and now serves as the town hall and library.
